What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For supplements, seals must be intact (unopened) for health/safety reasons. Return shipping isnât covered unless we made a mistake or the item is defective. Start a return via Contact with your order number. (For supplements, opened items generally canât be resold and are often quarantined/disposedâhence the âunopenedâ requirement.)
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Weâll replace or refund per our DOA/defect policy.
How fast do you ship?
Orders usually ship within 24â48 business hours (This can take longer and will be communicated). Youâll receive a tracking link when your order ships.
Do you offer warranty on electronics?
Most small electronics include a limited manufacturer warranty. If something fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and weâll help with a replacement or warranty claim.
Can I return supplements?
Yesâunopened only within 7 days. Opened consumables arenât eligible due to safety/compliance rules.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship globally; shipping will be calculated based on location. Duties/taxes may apply for international orders at delivery, depending on the destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay. We also accept Cryptocurrencies through Solana Pay. (as enabled at checkout).
